The Junior Division focuses on further developing the skill level of 3^rd year Junior aged football players.  The coaching priority at this age level is to ensure that each player combines individual skills and position assignments with a deeper focus on team concepts.   The goal of the coaching staff is to further enhance the team concept of play which prepares the players for the next level of competition, the Senior Division.   The Grand Prairie Seminoles place an emphasis on teaching the importance of Good Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Dedication, Discipline, Respect, and Pride, to mention just a few of the life lessons they will be learning.
